Governance

At SATO, executive powers and governance are divided among the general meeting, the Board of Directors, and the President and CEO.

All key Group management business, such as matters of strategy, budgeting, investments, operational planning and financial reporting, is addressed by the Corporate Management Group. It is the duty of the Corporate Management Group, under the leadership of the President and CEO, to implement the decisions taken by the Board of Directors. The Corporate Management Group has no powers based in law or the Articles of Association and is instead a body which provides assistance to the President and CEO.
