Fall in love with a next to new home

This studio on the 3rd floor of a 1990s office building was built in 2022. It has an open floor plan where the living room and kitchenette form an easy-to-decorate whole. A large window at the end of the apartment gives natural light and increase a sense of space.

The interior design elements are light and overview cozy and functional. The flooring is oak laminate and walls are painted white. Minimalist open kitchenette has white wood grained cabinets with the space between the cabinets and worktop being patterned stainless steel. The kitchenette is equipped with integrated oven and induction stovetop, range hood, dishwasher, and freezer-refrigerator. There is a space for a microwave oven. All the appliances are white. The bathroom fixtures are white and there is a space for a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom walls are tiled white and floors light grey.
