All homes have balconies except for the units on the three topmost floors, which have French balconies instead. The homes look over leafy grounds, as the building is nicely situated in the middle of a quiet block.

One of the two-bedrooms and four of the one-bedrooms have bathrooms dimensioned for wheelchair access and all homes are dimensioned to accommodate people using walkers.

The absolute asset of the building is the top-floor sauna section and its terrace offering a splendid view over the marina.
