This long-established housing company has undergone an exteriors renovation in 2017 and a full HVAC and electrical systems and surfaces renovation in 2023. The renovated apartments are modern in style yet retain their timeless charm. The renovation plans ensured diverse and efficient practicality of the layout designs. The bathrooms have been fully redesigned, and every bathroom now features a space for a washing machine, a mirror cabinet and a cabinet under the wash basin as well as folding glass panels in the shower cubicle.
