The residential room floors are done in light oak-coloured laminate. The bedroom wardrobe doors are white and all windows are fitted with white Venetian blinds.
The backsplash in the kitchen is in marble-look laminate. The kitchen cabinet doors are microlaminate in a pale beige shade. The kitchen worktops are in marble-look laminate or stainless steel. The kitchens are outfitted with stove, cooker hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is also space for a microwave.
The bathroom floors are done in grey ceramic tile and the walls in larger white tile, the ceiling in wood. The tiled bathrooms have wet underfloor heating. The wet rooms have space and hookups for a washing machine and a dryer.
All apartments feature a Juliet balcony or glassed-in balcony. The balconies have either metal-framed glass railings (wooden balconies), steel railings (Juliet balconies) or are made from concrete pre-fab elements (street-side recessed balconies). The glass panes of the balcony glazing can be opened.
The units feature a centralised mechanical air intake and displacement system with air heat recovery. The type of heating installed is thermostat-controlled hot-water radiators connected to the geothermal heating system. There is a lift in each stairwell.
The building has a sauna section, laundry, two drying rooms, combined outdoor equipment storage room, storage rooms for bicycles and the like, and a storage locker for each unit. There are also two unheated outdoor equipment storage rooms on the grounds.
