SATOs holiday gift policy

Dear business partner,

As the holiday season approaches, we would like to kindly remind you of our commitment to conducting responsible business in line with our ethical guidelines and values. We are dedicated to acting ethically and avoiding any situations that could compromise the independence of our organisation or that of our partners.

We respectfully decline all Christmas gifts in the context of business relationships and will return any gifts received to the sender. In place of giving Christmas gifts, we make an annual donation to charity. This year, our donation will support homelessness, families, and mental health initiatives.
